This Power Amplifier module is working for 5.8G C band, model type: PWR-C-200 with aluminum case, it need operating on heatsink.
This product are using GaN technology, power range can be customized from 40-50dBm. PA are equiped with over-high VSWR and over-high power protection to avoid/reduce the damage from any misoperation. I/O Port is compatible with DB9 serial port.
